Activity Calendar

• Download the Letter C Pack and do a letter sort or another activity.
  
• Using the large C letter template have your child glue on any of the following items:
  Cotton Balls
  Corn seed or candy corn
  Cat stickers
  
• Read the book Caps for Sale. Gather up all of the caps in your house. Sort them by like characteristics and count the hats in each category and then the total number of hats.
  
• Act out the story, Caps for Sale by assigning parts to family members or members of the classroom. Make sure to have someone narrate the story as others act it out.  
  
• Using the cat outline, have your child make a calico cat by laying different colored squares of tissue paper over the outline and then spray lightly with water. Remove the tissue and let dry.
  
• Help your child sort things that start with C and things that do not. Play concentration.
