About the Pilot-Test Program..

UEN has partnered with families from early childhood programs in Washington County School District and Granite School District to pilot-test PBS KIDS PLAY! and other aspects of the Preschool Pioneer Library site.

Parents, caregivers, and youngsters age 3-6 in our pilot-test group are using the site to prepare for school. The Utah State University Early Intervention Research Institute is evaluating the effectiveness of these resources and gathering feedback from parents and caregivers involved in our pilot test. This test is the first of its kind in the U.S., and we’re excited to learn more about how online preschool instructional content, delivered to the home, school, care center, and public library, can help prepare kids for a future of great learning experiences.
